I have been successful with a combination of mouse tactics. To prevent the mice from entering my property I use a Store It Right mouse pouch product. The only problem I found was that one time I used it after there were already mice. The product worked so well that the mice avoided the crack they used to get into my garage and they wouldn't leave, so I had to end up trapping them to get them out. I like this company that sells them because they have a good motto about being environmentally friendly and not using harsh chemicals. Not sure what the actual product is, but it might even be a combination of what you say above. Anyways, Cheers! Good luck to all with mouse problems

We have a cabin cruiser at Lake of the Ozarks and frequently go to the Family Cove. I had treated my tank with a biological holding tank product and anchored in the Cove. With two kids, the potty gets lots of activity and it was not long before the smell became very offensive. Imagine my embarrassment when the boat next to us asked if we had holding tank treatment. They gave us a packet of Odor Eliminator. I flushed it down the toilet (how easy is that!!!!) and within 20 minutes, the smell was gone. Made a believer out of me.

We had moss growing on our wood shingles that was so thick, you could have used it for a putting green. Someone gave me some Multipurpose Cleaner and with a minimum of effort, the moss was eliminated. The wood shingles are not only moss free but have a nice bleached new look! And I did it all from a ladder with a long-handled brush. What a great product - I'm going to use in on my lawn furniture next that has mold spots growing.

As I sit in my camper, I am compelled to let everyone know how satisfied I am with the Odor Eliminator Easy Packs! I have tried various products before, but all they really seem to do is mask the odors with other sometimes stronger scents. The Odor Eliminator removes the odor, not mask it. I have also noticed that it really breaks down waste and keeps the sensors clean and accurate. And the easy packets make it so user friendly! I have recommended it to all the campers I meet on my travels! We did a test trial using a deodorizer called Northern Explorer Deodorizer in our exam rooms. We used it to mask odors such as cat urine, anal glands, bad skin and ear odors, diarrhea - you name it. We would spray it in the room after seeing the animals and it really did a good job of taking away the bad odors. If it works this well in a veterinary clinic I believe it would work about anywhere!
